mySierra Student Help

Are you having trouble logging on to mySierra?

Please follow the instructions on this page for help.

I am a new Sierra College student:

After you have submitted your CCCApply application to Sierra College, you should receive your mySierra username, password, and Student ID Number, via email, to the email address you provided on your CCCApply application. This can take 3 business days. Please check your email including your Junk Mail and Spam Mail folders.

If you did not receive your username and password, after 3 business days, and you do not have your student ID number, you will need to go to Admissions and Records with identification to receive your student ID number.

If you did not receive your username and password, after 3 business days, but you do have your student ID number, please complete the Student Password Reset/Username Recovery Form. You must know your student ID number in order to have your password reset and to receive your username.

I am a continuing Sierra College student:

  • The current mySierra system was implemented in 2009. If you were enrolled in Sierra College classes in the fall of 2009 or later, you would have a mySierra username and password already. If you don’t remember your mySierra login, please complete the Student Password Reset/Username Recovery Form. You must know your student ID number in order to have your password reset and to receive your username.

I am a returning Sierra College student and I last attended Sierra College prior to spring 2009:

  • The current mySierra system was implemented in spring 2009. If you were enrolled in Sierra College classes before spring 2009, you probably don’t have a mySierra account. To enroll in classes, fill out a CCCApply application to Sierra College. After you have submitted your CCCApply application, you should receive your mySierra username, password, and Student ID Number, via email, to the email address you provided on your CCCApply application.

When I attempt to log in, I see an error, “Username/password pair is not found or does not match:”

  • If you see an error message that your username and password is not found or does not match, please use the  Password Reset/Username Recovery link, which is located on the left side of the mySierra log in page. Most likely, there is a problem with your username or password. The Password Reset/Username Recovery system will reset your login and you will be emailed your correct username and a newly reset password.

I've logged on before, but I can't log on now:
